To connect your jacket to the app you need to follow these simple steps:
1) Plug power bank into jacket
2) Turn the power bank on
3) Press & hold the power button on the jacket until it starts to flash
4) Press 'Tap To Pair' on our 'Powered By Flexwarm' app
5) Set your heat zone & temperature then you're good to go!

Our revolutionary heated apparel can also be used without a smartphone, each garment has manual buttons located on the side for both the temperature levels and heat zones.
There are so many factors that can affect the heating performance - external temperature, air flow, cold or windy atmospheres.
Our adaptive sensor technology (AST) is one of our most significant features, while carbon fibre is unable to detect and control temperature accurately (as they have no sensors inside). This also acts as an additional safety lock feature, ensuring that our garments our always at the optimum heat level for your body and conditions.
If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return the garments in new condition to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you.
To return something, simply contact our Customer Care team at customer.care@8kflexwarm.com and we’ll issue you an RMA number. Once you have your RMA number, you can then return the garment to us via a courier of your choice.
It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and another email to as soon as we have completed your order, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
Your estimated delivery date is in your shipping confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.
