What is 8K's warranty policy?
8K products are made with high quality materials and Flexwarm technology to both make you stylish and warm. 8K products are purchased from an authorised retailer and are fully warranted against defects in the material & the technology for 1 year after purchase. If a product fails during this period because of a manufacturing or technical fail we will repair the product free of charge or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
We aim to have your product back to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to outdoor adventures. Our typical turn-around time is two weeks from the time we receive your product to when it gets back to you.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

How do I clean my 8K garment?
When your garment requires cleaning, be sure to closely follow the directions on the contents label on the inside of the garment.
If washing in a washing machine, please place inside wash bag provided with the jacket and place on a 30°C. Your garment can be washed up to 50 times.
How do 8K jackets fit?
To make the most out of our heating technology all of our jackets feature a slim fit, designed to fit closed to the body. This fit maximises comfort whilst maintaining warmth.
Is a power bank included with the jacket?
All 8K garments come with a free rechargeable power bank.
How fast do 8K jackets take to heat up?
8K garments heat up to 50°C in 360 seconds.
Are 8K jackets waterproof?
8K garments are not waterproof however they are water-resistant.
What technology to 8K jackets use to heat up?
8K garments use the highest grade heating technology, Flexwarm. This technology we use is unlike most other heated jackets as we don't use carbon fibre - this makes 8K garments unique.
Can my 8K jacket be washed?
Yes ours garments come with a wash bag which you place your garment inside and then it can be placed the washing machine on 30°C cycle.
Where is the heat zone in the jacket?
The heat zone in our 8K range of jackets is placed in the back - this helps you reach optimum warmth.
How many temperature are there?
In the 8K range there are 3 heat temperatures:
Low - 35°C - 40°C
Medium - 40°C - 45°C
High - 45°C - 50°C

How much is shipping?
Our shipping costs are calculated in checkout, you have the option to choose express or standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) once your order has been placed. Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout your jacket should be with you within 2-5 working days.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return the garments in new condition to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. To found out more, visit our returns page.
How do I start the returns process?
To return something, simply fill out our returns form and we’ll issue you an RMA number. Once you have your RMA number, you can then return the garment to us via a courier of your choice.
Who covers the cost of return?
The cost of return falls on the customer, if the garment is found to be faulty then we will cover the cost of return.
Has my return been recieved?
It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and another email to as soon as we have completed your order, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
