Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Holiday returns policy
Over the Holidays, we have extended our returns period - giving you plenty of time to return any gifts that aren't quite right.
If you have place an order between 1 November 2019 and 19 December 2019, you have until 7 January 2020 to return it for an exchange.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Worldwide shipping for all products. We also have an express shipping option (available at the checkout - additional charges apply)
How quick will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed, but during periods of high demand our shipping time can be longer.
What method will my order be sent?
We use DHL as standard.
We believe, at 8K Flexwarm, that when you purchase online it should arrive quickly. This is why we only use trusted DHL delivery services. We want to take the hassle out of buying online and deliver your items FAST.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Flexwarm® heating technology is fully warranted to the original owner against defects for 12 months from date of purchase. If Flexwarm® heating technology ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:
1. The items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains);
2. The items are unworn and show no signs of wear;
3. The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 14 days. The Buyer may cancel any Contract for Services at any time before seven working days has passed from the day after the Contract was made and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 14 days. If, however, the Supplier starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the Buyer before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Supplier via email within 14 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within 14 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier via email within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Where returned Goods are found to not be faulty the Buyer will be liable for the cost of returning the product. The costs are £15 for UK customers and £35 for international customers. The amount will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
